Aro.inc are looking for a visionary Head of AI to drive and scale our AI initiatives. You will define and implement our AI strategy, ensure ethical technology use, and drive innovation across the organization.
Your Mission:
- Develop and implement Aro.inc's overall AI strategy in close collaboration with the entire team.
- Lead and build a multidisciplinary AI team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
- Ensure ethical compliance and adherence to applicable standards and legislation in our AI solutions.
- Build a strong connection to Aarhus University, to build a talent pipeline for the coming years.
- Identify new business opportunities through AI in close dialogue with the entire organization.
